All custom order requests will be selected at my discretion. I retain the right to refuse or not move forward with any order for any reason, and am not obligated to provide an explanation for that reason. No charge will be applied to a refused order.

Once your order is approved, 50% of the cost of the order is due upfront. After the character block-out is approved, the remaining 50% of the cost is due. The custom order will proceed to completion once the full cost has been paid.

Payment for custom orders will be paid via invoice sent by myself; do not send me payment through other means or prior to receipt of the invoice.

After the details of the custom order are approved and work on the order has begun I may notify you via email of any questions, limitations or notes for you to review.

I will send you one or more images of the character sculpt at the "block-out" stage. This stage shows the final posing of the character and contains the major details and proportions that will be present in the final sculpt.

Upon approval of the block-out, the final character sculpt and portrait will be produced. Depending on the complexity of the piece and outstanding factors, the process may range from 1 to 3 months from receipt of the first invoice to completion. For semi-custom orders, the process may be shorter depending on the complexity of alterations requested.

If any unforeseen circumstances arise that will impact the delivery date, I will notify you ASAP.

Delivery times for physically mailed products may vary depending on your location; please note that you are responsible for customs/import fees that may apply for your country.

You may request changes prior to approving the block-out of the sculpt. This approval is the cut-off for sculpt revisions.

You may request color and deco changes to a character portrait upon delivery. Further rounds of revisions may incur additional fees.

Please note that due to the highly stylized nature of Found Family
Adventurecrafts miniatures, some details will be simplified or
exaggerated to fit within the realm of the established style.

By purchasing a custom order, you agree that your order may be displayed online or in-person wherever I do business (social media, website, convention).

Custom Orders are for personal use only. You may:

• Print or use a 3rd party to print your custom order for personal use
• Display the custom order in your personal online channels, including use as icons and avatars
• Resize/scale your custom order for 3D printing

You may not:

• Redistribute or sell the files or figurine that you receive
• Claim the artwork as your own creation
• Modify the artwork (with the exception of resizing) without explicit written permission
• Utilize my artwork to train AI generators without my explicit written permisson.

My main goal is to do my very best to bring your original character to life. If you ever have any concerns or questions in regards to a custom order, please reach out so that we can find a solution together. Certain terms including delivery timing and commercial usage rights may be negotiable before the first invoice is paid, so please don't hesitate to reach out.

If you find yourself needing to cancel an order for whatever reason, you do not need to provide an explanation and may do so at any time.

If you cancel prior to block-out approval, you will receive a full refund on your first invoice.

If you cancel after the block-out has been approved, you will not receive a refund on your first invoice, but will not be required to pay any additional costs.

Refunds are not available after delivery of the final product. If your physical miniature arrives broken, I will replace it at no additional cost.

If you need to cancel an order, please allow me to issue you a refund. Chargebacks through your bank or via PayPal will be declined and refuted, referencing this Terms of Service and your agreement of the terms.

You will receive the following:

1. Print-Ready 3D Files in .STL format, both supported and un-supported.

2. A rendered character portrait of your adventurer in .PNG format (on request only for A La Carte/Semi-Custom Orders)

3. A physical resin print of your custom order

A .PSD working file of the character portrait and a .ZTL working file of the digital sculpt file are available on request only and at the discretion of the artist.
