  • What scale are the minis?

    Found Family Adventurecrafts miniatures are intentionally oversized compared to standard tabletop & wargaming miniatures. While many of the standard sized minis will fit on a 25mm base, they will stand out from the pack! Scale is approximately as follows:

    • Small Height (gnomes, goblins, etc): 27mm eyeline
    • Average Height (standard hooman): 36mm eyeline
    • Large Height: 43mm eyeline

    If you have purchased the digital print-ready files for a figure, you may resize it to your desired scale!

  • What tools do you use?

    Figures are sculpted in ZBrush, sliced in Chitubox, and rendered & composited in Keyshot & Photoshop.

    Models are printed on Saturn 4 Ultra and Saturn 3 printers. Resin used varies between Phrozen 8k / Elegoo 8k / Anycubic ABS-like / Anycubic Bio-Resin.

    For processing & cleaning prints, I'm not using anything special or secret: most mainstream printing guides will have the information you need on tools for processing prints!

  • Will I have to do cleanup on prints I've ordered?

    I strive to make my prints of clean quality and with minimal residue to reduce post-processing, but please note that standard prints are not sanded, filled or primed prior to being shipped.

    Very fine print lines and support marks will be present on your 3D Print. These imperfections are due to the standard 3D printing process and can be easily removed with minor sanding and filling to your desired level of finish.

  • Can I share photos of my FFAcrafts minis?

    If you have printed or painted your miniatures and want to share them on social media, YES, please do so and tag Found Family Adventurecrafts! I absolutely love to see your fantastic artwork.

  • Can I resell (insert thing here)?

    No. All products are for personal use only and may not be sold.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, I am only able to ship to the US and Canada.

  • My order arrived broken!

    I will happily replace items broken in transit! Reach out to me with your order information as soon as possible with images of the item and packaging it arrived in.
