  • What scale are the minis?

    Found Family Adventurecrafts miniatures are intentionally oversized compared to standard tabletop & wargaming miniatures. While many of the standard sized minis will fit on a 25mm base, they will stand out from the pack! Scale is approximately as follows:

    • Small Height (gnomes, goblins, etc): 27mm eyeline
    • Average Height (standard hooman): 36mm eyeline
    • Large Height: 43mm eyeline

    If you have purchased the digital print-ready files for a figure, you may resize it to your desired scale!

  • What tools do you use?

    Figures are sculpted in ZBrush, sliced in Chitubox, and rendered & composited in Keyshot & Photoshop.

    I print on a Phrozen Sonic 8k Mighty and Saturn 2 8k printer, using Phrozen Aqua-Grey 8k Resin.

    For processing & cleaning prints, I'm not using anything special or secret: most mainstream printing guides will have the information you need on tools for processing prints!

  • Will I have to do cleanup on prints I've ordered?

    If you have ordered a mini from Only-Games or one of my Official Merchants, please reach out to those parties for inquiries on clean-up!

    For custom orders + models purchased from this shop, note that very fine print lines and support marks will be present on your 3D Print. These imperfections are due to the standard 3D printing process and can be easily removed with minor sanding and filling to your desired level of finish.

  • Can I share photos of my FFAcrafts minis?

    If you have printed or painted your miniatures and want to share them on social media, YES, please do so and tag Found Family Adventurecrafts!

  • Can I resell (insert thing here)?

    No. All products are for personal use only and may not be sold.

  • Do you take commissions?

    Yes! When my custom orders are open, I offer full custom (from scratch) models of your characters, as well as semi-custom models based on my existing library of minis.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    I sure do! Packages are shipped from the US and shipping times will vary depending on your location.

    You are responsible for customs/import fees that may apply for your country.

  • My order arrived broken!

    I will happily replace items broken in transit at no cost! I will pay for shipping for the replacement item for US customers only, though one-way shipping for International replacement items will need to be paid by the customer.
